Our service is provided as a recurring subscription. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding changes, skips, and cancellations for your subscription orders.

Subscription Terms
By purchasing a subscription, you will receive ongoing deliveries. Our standard delivery frequency is once a week.

Your payment information is securely saved, and you will be automatically billed for each scheduled delivery.

Your subscription renews automatically; however, you have full flexibility to skip deliveries or adjust your settings at any time according to your preferences.

How to Skip or Modify Your Order
If you only wish to receive one delivery in a given month, or need to pause service for a specific week, you can easily skip that order without incurring any charges.

Cutoff Time for Skips / Changes:
To avoid being billed for an upcoming delivery, you must complete your skip or modification request by Wednesday at 11:59 PM (HKT) of the week prior to your scheduled delivery week.

How to Manage:
You can manage, skip, or modify your subscription directly by logging into your account and visiting the "Subscriptions" page.
